We want the STARBY pages at ostoya.games/starby/, including every legal and support page, to be usable by as many people as possible.

What We Do

• Each page uses one <h1> and a logical heading order beneath it
• Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main content, footer) throughout the site
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus style on interactive elements
• Text and interactive elements are chosen for sufficient contrast against the site's dark background
• Links are written to be understandable out of context, not just by colour
• Responsive layouts with no horizontal scrolling at common mobile, tablet, and desktop widths
• Tables on legal/support pages are kept narrow and readable at small widths
• The language attribute is set correctly on every page (English, or German on the Impressum)
• Pages remain usable when opened inside the app's in-app browser or a Custom Tab

The STARBY pages at ostoya.games/starby/ do not use cookies or third-party analytics/advertising scripts. See the website section of our Privacy Policy for the full audit result — this is noted here because it is also relevant to reduced-motion and script-related accessibility concerns: this site adds no third-party script that could interfere with assistive technology.

Conformance

We have not run a formal, independent accessibility audit against a named standard (such as WCAG 2.1 AA), so we do not claim formal conformance. The items above reflect our current design approach, and we continue to improve it.
