This disclosure applies to Remove Ads offered in SPACE QUACK to customers in Japan. SPACE QUACK is distributed for iOS through the Apple App Store.

2. 商品・サービス / Product
Remove Ads — 購入した Apple アカウントの SPACE QUACK 内に表示される第三者広告をすべて削除する、1回限りの非消費型デジタル商品です。Apple App Store の非消費型アプリ内課金として提供されます。
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable entitlement that removes all third-party advertising displayed inside SPACE QUACK on the Apple Account that bought it. It is distributed as a non-consumable App Store In-App Purchase.
本購入によりゲームアカウント、仮想通貨、現金価値のある権利、または SPACE QUACK の所有権が付与されることはありません。
3. 販売価格 / Price
購入確定前に、Apple App Store の購入画面に表示される価格です。価格、通貨および適用される税金は、国または地域により異なる場合があります。
The exact price, currency and applicable tax treatment are displayed by the App Store before purchase and may vary by country or region.
4. 商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Costs
インターネット接続料金、モバイルデータ通信料金その他の通信費は、お客様の通信事業者との契約に基づきお客様の負担となります。
Internet-access, mobile-data and other communication charges are the customer’s responsibility under the customer’s service-provider agreement.
5. 支払方法・支払時期 / Payment Method and Timing
Apple App Store と StoreKit を利用します。購入確認時に、お客様の Apple アカウントに登録された支払方法へ Apple が請求します。
Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store and charged to the payment method associated with the customer’s Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
6. 提供時期 / Delivery
App Store が有効な購入完了を確認した後、原則として直ちに Remove Ads の権利が有効になります。保留中（承認待ちを含む）、失敗、キャンセルまたは未確認の取引では権利は付与されません。
The entitlement is normally delivered immediately after the App Store confirms a valid completed and verified purchase. It is not granted while a transaction is pending, failed, cancelled or unverified.
ネットワーク、Apple アカウントまたは端末の状態により反映が遅れる場合があります。反映されない場合は SPACE QUACK の設定（メイン画面の歯車）または一時停止メニューにある「Restore purchase」を実行してください。
7. 返品・キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation and Refunds
デジタル商品の性質上、提供開始後のお客様都合による返品またはキャンセルは、適用法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き受け付けていません。Apple で購入した場合は Apple の返金手続が適用されます。
Because this is digital content delivered after purchase confirmation, cancellation for convenience is generally unavailable after delivery except where required by law. Refund eligibility is determined under Apple’s rules and applicable law.
返金、取消し、支払の取消しまたは権利の撤回が行われた場合、Remove Ads の権利が無効になることがあります。
8. 購入の復元 / Restoration
Remove Ads は非消費型購入です。購入時と同じ Apple アカウントを使用し、SPACE QUACK の「Restore purchase」機能から復元または権利状態を更新できます。復元されるのは Remove Ads のみで、スコアや設定は復元されません。
Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and run Restore purchase (Settings or the pause menu) in SPACE QUACK. Only Remove Ads is restored, not scores or settings.
9. 動作環境 / Operating Environment
App Store の SPACE QUACK 製品ページに表示される互換性要件を満たす対応端末、対応 iOS、および十分な空き容量が必要です。購入および復元には、Apple アカウントとインターネット接続が必要です。
A compatible device, supported iOS version and sufficient storage are required as shown on the App Store listing. An Apple Account and an internet connection are required for purchase and restoration.
10. 販売条件 / Special Conditions
- Remove Ads は、提供されている国・地域およびアプリ構成でのみ購入できます。
- 通常、各 Apple アカウントにつき1つの有効な非消費型権利として扱われます。
- 購入した Apple アカウントの SPACE QUACK 内に表示される第三者広告を削除します。
- Remove Ads はファミリー共有に対応しています。購入者のファミリーグループのメンバーは、Apple の共有設定に従って利用できる場合があります。
- App Store の表示、外部ウェブサイト、法的通知またはサポート画面の内容は削除されません。
- 未成年のお客様による購入には、保護者の承認（ファミリー共有の購入承認など）が必要となる場合があります。
Availability may vary by country, region and app configuration. The entitlement removes third-party advertising displayed inside SPACE QUACK on the purchasing Apple Account; because Remove Ads supports Apple’s Family Sharing, members of the purchaser’s Apple family group may be able to use it under Apple’s sharing controls. A purchase by a minor may require parental approval, for example through Ask to Buy.
11. 不具合・お問い合わせ / Defects and Contact
購入が反映されない場合は、購入時と同じ Apple アカウントを使用していることを確認し、「Restore purchase」を実行してください。問題が解決しない場合は、購入時期を記載して hello@ostoya.games までお問い合わせください。
If the entitlement is not delivered, use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, run Restore purchase (Settings or the pause menu), then contact hello@ostoya.games with the approximate purchase time.
